The experts on vitamin C information include Nobel Laureates, scientists, and doctors.
They've all proved that vitamin C can heal the body from chronic disease. This includes prevent infections and detoxify the body.
Each one of these experts contributed in their own area. And have helped many people be aware of the power of this amazing substance.
Below you can find some of the pioneers on vitamin C therapy. These extraordinary people have helped many people beat disease and remain healthy.
It's important to remind ourselves what makes someone an expert.
An expert is someone who has a comprehensive knowledge of a particular topic. Knowledge based on prolonged or intense experience. Experience acquired through practice and education in a particular field.
In other words, the expert gains extensive knowledge or ability based on research. And also experience, or occupation in a particular area of study.
Below is the list of vitamin C information experts and pioneers on vitamin C information and vitamin C deficiency.
Linus Pauling was one of the greatest scientists who have ever lived. And he was the most famous forerunners of using Vitamin C to treat and prevent disease.
Dr. Pauling dedicated almost 30 years of his life to research vitamin C and other micro nutrients.
Dr. Pauling is the only person to win two unshared Nobel Prizes. This includes the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1954, and the Nobel Peace Prize in 1962.
Dr. Pauling is also a pioneer in Orthomolecular medicine. This is the area of study of the clinical use of substances that occur naturally in the human body.
Here's more information on Linus Pauling vitamin C research and books.

Albert Szent-Györgyi was an Hungarian biochemist. He discovered Vitamin C and won The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1937.
Dr. Györgyi discovered or isolated ascorbic acid in citrus fruits. This was the substance that treated and prevented scurvy, or a vitamin C deficiency.
Dr. Györgyi experimented with the “browning” process in citrus fruits. This is when fruits start to rot or decompose. And he was able to delay that browning with the addition of citrus juice.
Later, Dr. Györgyi discovered the substance inside citrus juice that prevents browning. And he called the substance “hexuronic acid”. It was later renamed to ascorbic acid.
As a result of Dr. Györgyi experiments, ascorbic acid is now used as a food preservative. This is to prevent decay or “browning”.
Albert Szent-Györgyi believed in the efficacy of vitamin C for promoting health. And he became an authority on vitamin C information.

Dr. Klenner was a pioneer in the use of high dose Intravenous Vitamin C Therapy to cure disease.
He used large doses of vitamin C for over 40 years of family practice. And he wrote two dozen medical papers on the subject.
Dr. Klenner was the first physician to use high-dose vitamin C in many viral diseases. This includes chickenpox, measles, mumps, and tetanus. And he also cured every polio case he saw in his practice by using vitamin C.
Dr. Klenner also reported that vitamin C is very effective and safe to treat many toxins and poisons.

Dr. Cathcart was an orthopedic surgeon. He treated over 25,000 patients with high dose vitamin C therapy. And he is a world-renowned pioneer in the use of vitamin C for many immune system disorders.
Dr. Cathcart discovered that when a person is sick, the body can take more ascorbic acid by mouth. This is before diarrhea occurs.
He found that the more toxic or severe the disease is, the more ascorbic acid the body can take.
Dr. Catchcart established and documented the bowel tolerance doses of vitamin C for many diseases. This includes colds, pneumonia, hay fever, asthma, burns, cancer, arthritis, and others diseases.
"Stressful conditions of any kind greatly increase utilization of ascorbic acid, or vitamin C" - Robert Cathcart, treated 25,000 patients with vitamin C therapy

Dr. Cameron was a surgeon and a pioneer in the use of Vitamin C to fight cancer. At the Vale of Leven Hospital in Scotland, he formulated a theory on the nature of cancer. He believed on fighting cancer by strengthening the human body’s natural protective mechanisms.
Dr. Cameron treated many terminally-ill cancer patients. He also worked with Dr. Linus Pauling, who was doing similar research on vitamin C information.
Cameron and Pauling began a partnership that resulted in several scientific papers co-authored. Dr. Cameron was also Chief Medical Officer at the Linus Pauling Institute of Science and Medicine.
Dr. Hoffer was a Canadian biochemist, physician, and psychiatrist and a vitamin C information expert.
He used vitamin therapy as an effective treatment for several diseases. This includes the use of vitamin C and niacin for schizophrenia, high cholesterol, and alcoholism.
Dr. Hoffer was a pioneer in Orthomolecular medicine and vitamin C nutrition together with Dr. Linus Pauling.
Dr. Riordan is world-famous for his work using high doses of vitamin C against cancer. He published many scientific publications on vitamin C information. This includes the value of ascorbic acid to fight disease and maintain optimal health.
Dr. Riordan is also the founder and longtime director of the Center for the Improvement of Human Functioning, also known as the Riordan Clinic.
Dr. Stone was an American biochemist and chemical engineer. He dedicated 40 years to research and document vitamin C information. And the ability of vitamin C to fight disease and prolong healthy life.
Dr. Stone published over 120 scientific papers and he was granted 26 U.S. patents. This includes the first patent to use ascorbic acid as a preservative in the food industry.
Dr. Stone explained that ascorbic acid is a stress-responsive substance. A substance that forms in the liver of most animals, except primates. And for this reason, he called vitamin C the “missing stress hormone” in humans.
After decades of research, Dr. Stone concluded that scurvy is the result of a genetic mutation. A mutation that removed the ability of humans to produce ascorbic acid in their bodies.
He described that humans carry a defective gene. And this causes a liver enzyme disease, which he named “Hypoascorbemia”.

Dr. Cherasking is a professor emeritus at the University of Alabama Medical School.
He authored over 700 publications in international journals and 22 books. Many of these studies were on the therapeutic value of vitamin C or ascorbic acid.
Dr. Cheraskin is an authority on vitamin C nutrition and supplements required by a healthy body. He appeared in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Health Care, and World Who’s Who on Science. He was also a world-renowned lecturer at medical universities, and a popular speaker on preventive medicine.
Today's list of vitamin C nutrition experts is extensive. Int includes the following people:
These people are fighting on several fronts to help other people realize the real value of this amazing natural substance.
