Your questions, comments, stories, and suggestions are welcome!

I created this blog so people like you can learn from my research and our family experiences.

But the road to health is a very personal experience. Biochemical individuality is important. This means that what works for one person may not work for another.

Yet, there are certain things that you can do or avoid that will make your road to health easier or more difficult.

Taking enough vitamin C is one of those things. Same as if you exercise, you increase your chances of staying healthy.

Your feedback or comments may have a high value to other readers. With your permission, we can publish your comments or stories in the "From Readers" section of our site.  Private messages are confidential.
